We want you to love your Eccezionale luxury menswear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of wear
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style within 15 days of delivery, subject to availability.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at eccezionalefashion@gmail.com with your order number
  2. Include the reason for return/exchange and photos if applicable
  3. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
  4. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Eccezionale is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items without original tags
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration
  • Items returned after 15 days

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at eccezionalefashion@gmail.com with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
