Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship from our facility in Houston, Texas to all 50 states. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

International Shipping We proudly ship worldwide to over 25 countries including Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, and more. International delivery times vary by destination:

  • Canada: 5-10 business days
  • Europe & UK: 7-14 business days
  • Asia-Pacific: 10-18 business days
  • Middle East: 12-20 business days

Duties, Taxes & Customs International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes determined by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated fees before placing your order.
